Can't change setBufferTime

Hi !
When I start the Windows version of MonaServer, when I connect my devices on it, I have a message saying that the setBufferTime was set to 3000ms and that is too much for my usage...
So I wanted to know if I could change this value

I see but, I'm using RTMP to display my DJI Air 3 video flux and VLC to read this flux
So I don't know where I sould modify this parameter
