Doesn't work with "MUST NOT"

I need to show some activities when the student did not completed other course. So I put a restriction on "MUST NOT". But doesn't work...

Look how is setted:

At this case, the student user has completed the other course and can access both contents...

I'm using 4.3+ version. But I had the same problem with 4.1...

In case it's helpful, I wanted to mention that, in my case, I only reproduce the issue when I use the visibility eye of the restriction as hidden.

In particular:

• Must have completed X course (eye open): works

• Must have completed X course (eye closed): works

• Must not have completed X course (eye open): works

• Must not have completed X course (eye closed): doesn't work

In other words, the issue only occurs when the 'Must not' condition is combined with it being a non-visible condition.

The platform version is 4.1.4.

Issue appears as soon as the 'must not' condition is used (not related to restriction visibility).
