Station information/status or vehicle_status should be required

It is formally accepted by the validator even though it is completely against the spec:

• it includes a mix of station_status and station_information on the root level
• it neither has a station_information nor a vehicle_status feed

Imo, it’s misleading to give this feed a pass from the validator.

I agree.

The validator should return "invalid feed" if station_status.json and vehicle_status.json are both missing.

Indeed, a system of shared vehicles is either dock-based, or free-floating, or hybrid, and the spec indicates:

• station_status.json: REQUIRED of systems utilizing docks.
• vehicle_status.json: REQUIRED for free floating (dockless) vehicles.

I will open the same issue on the Java validator.
