An NVIDIA GPU 20 series or greater is required.

The mod is still not compatible with AMD and Intel cards, even if your's does have RT cores, it still needs NVIDIA DLSS to work. The compatibility is planned but not released yet. Probably they will polish it on NVIDIA cards until start to work with other manufacturers.

I've tracked this down to a hard-coded discrete GPU filter in MCVR's findPhysicalDevice() — it rejects anything that isn't VK_PHYSICAL_DEVICE_TYPE_DISCRETE_GPU even after the capability check passes. This likely affects your Intel Arc 140T for the same reason (it reports as INTEGRATED_GPU). Opened a one-line fix here: Minecraft-Radiance/MCVR#9
