Utitlities Enhancement

Gitee CI release

Upload build artifact from master branch onto Gitee release (which automatically sync the code here).
Pros:

1. Provide with extra links to directly download the .jar files, rather than download the whole artifacts.
2. Users from China mainland can download from Gitee.

Feature

Fix for fake player interaction 假玩家交互修复

Disable fake player could use potion/eat food, etc. towards armor stands

Backport fix for spectatorGeneratingChunk stuck at terrian screen

Perhaps just give out a weird fix serverside? Also fix for dedicated server
