Description

At First I though there was some sort of compatibility issue with another optimization mod, but i loaded just Subtle Effects and Fzzy Config on Neoforge and getting the same NullPointerException.

Also just tried Subtle Effects with Version 1.13.2 and getting the same NullPointerException Crash, so Im assuming something has Changed with either Minecraft of NeoForge that you will need to figure out what has changed and patch it.

P.S. .NET Full Stack dev here, wish the best of luck finding out the cause, (since its been years since i dabbled with minecraft mod development)
