just want to use this project as a starting point but struggle at one of the last steps.

The CopyLed_bsp builds without error.

The error was due to Eclipse's use of WSL in Quartus Prime 19.1 and later.
I have regenerated the NIOS II project in Quartus Prime 20.1 so that it compiles correctly on Windows.
