[BUG] HEVC playback stopped working

Prerequisites

Description

Starting with version 2.2.2, video files encoded with the HEVC codec no longer play correctly (in version 2.2.1 and some earlier versions, this issue did not occur, at least when using the AppImage, because flatpak version had this issue even earlier).

The app's settings remained unchanged after the updates. Changing the Hardware acceleration, VA-API, and Performance flags options had no effect.

I used the official NVIDIA drivers and the AppImage Goofcord app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Goofcord v2.2.2 or v2.3.0
2. Play video file encoded with hevc

Expected Behavior

audio/video playback for hevc encoded video files

Actual Behavior

The video stream displays only the first frame, and only the audio track plays
