[BUG] Stream is still laggy even when using "Motion" optimization

Description

When I'm trying to stream anything, my stream becomes very laggy, and my friends can't see anything. I tried using the "motion" optimization, but the only thing it does for me is reducing my stream quality, and it doesn't help me with my issue, stream is still very laggy.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to GoofCord
2. Join VC
3. Start screensharing
4. Use (or not) the "Motion" optimization for screensharing

Expected Behavior

Make my stream appear not laggy

Actual Behavior

It dropped the quality and kept the issue

Additional Information

I had the same issue using Vesktop, and I couldn't find the solution to that. Maybe there's something related to that?

Press Ctrl+Alt+G and check if Video Decode/Encode is "Hardware accelerated".
In the GoofCord settings, one at a time try enabling "Performance flags" and "Disable GPU compositing" (Other category).

Checked, it's saying "Hardware Accelerated" Tried enabling "Performance flags" and "Disable GPU compositing" one at a time, didn't helped. Any other solutions?
