chore(deps): bump compatible Rust dependencies

cargo update: http, js-sys, regex, regex-syntax, uuid, wasm-bindgen*,
web-sys, zerocopy* to latest compatible versions.

Note on Dependabot alert #186 (glib VariantStrIter unsoundness,
GHSA-wrw7-89jp-8q8g): not fixable on Tauri v2 - glib 0.18 is pinned
by the archived GTK3 bindings (gtk-rs 0.18) that tauri's Linux webview
stack depends on; first patched glib is 0.20 which requires the gtk4-rs
migration tracked in tauri-apps/tauri#12563 (Tauri v3). Linux-only,
crash-not-RCE. Alert dismissed as tolerable_risk with this rationale.
