How to Configure RSS to migrate ISRs/DPCs to CPU0

Hi,

How to do the step 5, Configure RSS to migrate ISRs/DPCs to CPU0
Since real-time task may run on CPU0, I think ISRs/DPCs should migrate to other CPU.

Hi,
I use Set-NetAdapterRss to set the CPU Processor. I am not sure is it correct.
And I have the same question as you.
Shouldn't migrate to the last CPU that software RTOS will not use?
