Updating mSend logs in to empty page

I haven't updated since October 10th. When I update mSend via git pull instructions I get almost an entirely empty page. A few broken buttons (Logout and collapse menu) which are just red squares.

I tried checking all of the normal logs but I cannot find any errors popping up. I have checked permissions, turned off SELinux I usually update the OS but I tried without as well.
