Set URI to custom port or wild card #845

Description

@mark-sellars

I have a situation at another building where I would like to stand up msend temporary for a month or so on a custom port because I have only 1 IP address and 2 services to run on it (msend and apache guacamole) I am waiting for new IP's from the ISP.

I cannot seem to setup msend to have a wild card in the URI or really pass another port to it. I have tried configuring httpd in the same way I set up a cert on my other deployment. I have tried entering things like: sub.domain.com:8443/ and msend doesn't seem to want to accept that. I am not sure if this is just how the webserver functions or if I am misconfiguring it or a limitation.
