as a user, I would like to be able to search content in a unified view with simple filters

Content in videos, articles, event archives can get big. I just want a simple search in the same location on every page so I can search for content

search box and filters should be as simple as this with default to all or contextual to the page they are on so if they are searching from the videos page, you would assume they are searching from videos so the filter default there but they can change that to all should they want to do that without navigating back to something like the home page
