I've been using pdf2doi which is called by the package pd2bib. It was given a whole directory of files to query, and eventually all of the pdf2doi queries were blocked by google with a 429 response code. I understand that the 429 message includes data indicating how long to wait before making another query. Can this logic be incorporated in pdf2doi?
