On 2021-11-10, this user (delacjd@miamioh.edu) had a reservation expire at 12am, renewed a reservation and cancelled it (accident?), and then made a new reservation right away. The new reservation was made at around 5:30pm, and we didn't send an "Adobe Add" request until 8:37pm. Why not?
