Handle paper size as a config setting ("letter" vs "A4")

currently only set up for letter size paper

what would we need to do to read config variables and use them as the basis for a css setting? could be there's an A4 css and Letter css and it just points to one or the other based on a variable?

or there's a wrapper class of letter or a4 and all the other css is within those classes.
