Realistic from animation

Anyone know what setting to get it to make the ppl look more realistic like it does on video games?

I am hopeing to make KOTH with realish ppl <3 lol

This isn't the tool for that; There are AI models out there who can generate realistic images from drawings, but that is a very different use-case if compared with DLSS5, which relies on already (at least somewhat) realistic depictions.

Best case scenario is you getting out some cursed images from it.
