Renaming the landing page templates and expanding assignment options

User Story

As a group leader, I would like to assign multiple data centers to the standard GFZ landing page template, since not all data centers require their own separate template. I would also like to be able to customize the header for the standard design. It would be helpful if the existing templates were not default templates but merely copy templates, and if the data center “GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences” could be selected for a manually created landing page template.
