Summary

Create the annotation rules that will make future keypoint labeling consistent and repeatable.

Objective

Define how each keypoint should be labeled under normal and difficult conditions.

Scope

• Per-keypoint click rules
• Occlusion handling
• Blur handling
• Off-frame handling
• Goalie-specific body-position cases

Deliverable

• docs/annotation_guidelines_v1.md

Acceptance Criteria

• Each keypoint includes where to click
• Rules for occluded points are defined
• Rules for blurred points are defined
• Rules for partially off-frame points are defined
• Rules are defined for:
  • goalie crouched / butterfly
  • glove or blocker hidden
  • pads covering leg shape
  • skates merged with ice
• Guidelines are consistent enough that labeling today and next week would be materially the same
