New tab doesn't open to the home page

When I open a new tab, usually we should the home page but im getting the attached message instead. Is there something I have done wrong?
I haven't changed any links or filenames.

This seems like a path issue. Sorry for the late reply. Try resetting the homepage in the homepage settings.
