I am the organizer of the Mobile Chess Engine Circuit (MCEC), where we focus on running high-level, pure chess engine tournaments directly on Android hardware. I’m reaching out because RubiChess is currently participating in our Season 3 benchmark phase, and the results have been incredible.
We are currently running a balanced round-robin queue against the field, and RubiChess 20250606 is doing fantastic—it currently sits at top #9 and is fighting fiercely for the absolute top spot!
The competition on mobile devices is incredibly tight, and your engine’s positional strength and stability have been a massive highlight for our viewers.
Right now, we are utilizing a stable community Android compilation to run your engine. Given how exceptionally well your code performs on ARM hardware, I wanted to warmly congratulate you on the great performance and ask if you would consider adding official Android builds (such as aarch64 static musl or native Android targets) to your future release pipelines.
Having an official, direct build from you would ensure the absolute highest stability, performance, and seamless updates for mobile testers and chess fans worldwide as Android chess interfaces continue to grow.
