  • Minimum payload contracts exist for all seven core artifact types.
  • Security and privacy considerations identify relevant boundaries and risks.
  • The protocol is positioned relative to KQML, FIPA ACL, MCP, A2A, ACP, multi-agent debate, Free-MAD, CIPHER, and G2CP.
  • ACP is recorded as protocol lineage that joined A2A, not as an independent current competitor.
  • Majority agreement is not treated as sufficient closure.
  • Graph vocabulary, adjudication, compact projections, L0-L4, roles, and the two-model trace are documented as research or illustrative material.

Validation evidence

  • All fifteen canonical JSON conformance vectors pass.
  • Submission checksums match the current artifacts.
  • No IETF API mutation or submission occurred.

Remaining evidence limitations

Publication of revision -00 does not establish independent interoperability, token reduction, decision-accuracy improvement, adversarial security, privacy safety, scalability, IETF adoption, or IETF consensus.

Authorization gate
