Describe the bug
Forcing CT to NORMAL announces correctly as being switch to NORMAL but forcing back to wx (weather alerts) still mentions NORMAL but does change to the wx CT's.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Just force the CT's to NORMAL and WX.
