Translate the contributor guide into one supported language

Summary

Translate CONTRIBUTING.md into one language already supported by Timeline Studio so first-time contributors can understand the workflow more easily.

Available starting choices include Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Russian.

Before starting

Comment with the language you would like to translate. Please wait for confirmation so two contributors do not unknowingly work on the same file.

Use the filename pattern:

CONTRIBUTING.<locale>.md

Follow the locale naming already used by the translated README files.

Acceptance criteria

• The translation preserves the meaning and structure of the English guide.
• Commands, filenames, labels, URLs, and code blocks remain technically accurate.
• The translated guide links back to the canonical English CONTRIBUTING.md.
• The main CONTRIBUTING.md gains a link to the new translation.
• The matching translated README links to the translated contribution guide.
• The pull request states whether the translation was written or reviewed by a fluent speaker.
• No automated translation is submitted without careful human review.

Scope

One language per pull request. Additional languages can be claimed by other contributors in the comments.

Hi! I’d like to work on the Korean translation.

I saw that the project already has README.ko.md, and I’d like to translate the separate contributor guide as CONTRIBUTING.ko.md. I can also add the required links to the main CONTRIBUTING.md and README.ko.md.

Please let me know if I can take the Korean translation.
