A Personal Update on AniSync 🌸
Hey everyone,
I want to share something personal about where I'm at and what it means for AniSync.
The setup where AniSync was built — Dell laptop, phone wired in for testing. The external keyboard isn't a luxury: several keys on the laptop itself are dead (p, 0, ; and others), so I have to plug one in just to type.
For the past three years, I've done almost all of my coding on a laptop I carried back and forth from my college. That laptop is where AniSync was born and where every feature you use was built. I've now finished college and I'm waiting on my final results — I'm confident I passed, since the exams went well.
Here's the catch: finishing college means I have to return that laptop. And right now I don't have the means to buy a new one. Without a machine, I simply can't keep working on AniSync the way I have been.
I love this project and I'm not ready to walk away from it. So if AniSync has been useful to you and you'd like to see it keep growing, there are a couple of ways you can help me get back to a working setup:
