[Feature]: watch priorities

Problem

All the problems the AniList priorities API solves.
ex: knowing what media to watch first in the Plan to Watch list, tracking what media to finish first in the Watching list

Proposed solution

Use the AniList API to let us mark the priority for each series.
Instead of the Plan to Watch list being an endless scroll, it will be sorted according to the priority we choose from:

• Low
• Medium
• High
  For visual indication, the *tint on the card could be changed accordingly.

Thought about this one for a while and I've already got a mockup done, but I've held off
implementing it because of the field itself rather than the feature.

AniList exposes priority on MediaList and accepts it in the save mutations, but it
never documents what any value means, doesn't use the field anywhere on the site, and
just says min 0 max 255. So every client that supports it is inventing its own reading.
AniHyou clamps it to 0, 1 and 2 as Low, Medium and High. If AniSync picks anything
different, the same stored number ends up meaning two different things and your
priorities would look scrambled moving between apps.

Rather than guess at it, I've asked in the AniList discord server what the field is actually meant to be and
whether there's a convention they want clients to follow.

Keeping this open until I hear back. If the answer is that it's up to the client, I'll
go with AniHyou's mapping so nothing breaks for anyone coming from there.

I didn't know about the range of 0–255—I thought it was limited to 3 value.
Keeping that in consideration, in case it's chosen to have to go with the convention AniHyou is following, there's a proposal I have:
Since in this scenario, we don't have a set convention one is to follow, we could modify how we use the value a bit.

Problem

Background

When we're rating media, we can pick a range of 0–100. This can help in cases where we decide a rating for something in tens, but there is another media of the same value that we might want to compare it with.
This is a case where we retreat to the 5s. Now, we also find yet another anime in there that isn't equally good to the media we were adding.
We adjust the anime with even smaller values, and it might go on, until we have all the media in order we like them.
What happens is, when we sort by our personal rating, it sorts them based on the micro-values we assigned to each of the media—even in the tens ranges.

Priorities

While having words (Low, Medium, High) for priorities is simple, it isn't sufficient.
If we look at it, the range 0–255 is even bigger than the rating range of 0–100, which makes sense considering how Plan to Watch lists are usually much larger than the Completed lists.

So even if we use the 3 values to sort which we're going to watch first, we're only bringing down the Plan to Watch list rabbit-hole by ⅓.

Solution

We could maintain compatibility with AniHyou by keeping its convention as an option, while allowing customization of how the values are utilized (consistent to the rating options of being able to choose to use faces, 0–10, and 0–100)

1. AniHyou can still sort the anime with the priorities making use of its range assignment of low-medium-high. This could be the default to avoid troubles with users migrating from AniHyou.
2. Like the rating options, users could select to have a tint based on the whole 0–255 range. In this case, instead of 3 fixed colors, the value would control the intensity of the hue—allowing to utilize all the different RGB colors depending on the value's intensity.
