Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is: I have the "Restore Win7 titlebar button size" and "Restore Win7 titlebar button glow" both enabled and saved, but the only thing that changes is the titlebar glow.

Steps to reproduce the behavior: Select "Restore Win7 titlebar button glow", save it. Nothing will happen although the option is checked.

I also noticed the title bar button glow stopped working in DWMBG in version 2.3.2 Beta3, after Patch Tuesday updates on 8/11/26.
Also there are only aero title bar reflection effects on the Explorer window only, just like the error of which in prior versions of DWMBG.
