Launching in Jupyter notebooks does not work. The programs is not recognize alphastats as installed. I checked the installation is fine in the cluster.

I need some more details to help you :-)
How did you install AlphaPeptStats? Could you double-check if you are using the correct python environment.
Please provide the output of a Jupyter notebook cell running the command ! pip freeze
