Issue causing head width to increase when loading states.

Basically Basically clicking on "Clothed" or "Naked" to add/ remove all clothes reduces the character's head width
Loading a new outfit causes this too.

We discovered that BonerStateSync sorta fixes it but not fully. In Studio, selecting one of the preset poses, i.e T-Pose, will still trigger the bug and have the character models head widen.

I can DM the card to whoever wants to fix this since it's a paywalled card.
