While editing a card, I found that the "Thigh & Leg Scale XYZ" and "Leg Spacing" settings (under the Thighs category) do not work correctly for outfits loaded into slots above #7.
The Problem: The leg bones for these outfits appear to ignore the slider values. In version 5.4, the sliders seem to have no effect at all, resulting in significant visual distortions (e.g., feet sinking far below the ground). In version 4.4.6.3, the values also seem largely fixed, but a minor visual change can be observed in the editor after switching slots, unlike the complete failure in 5.4.
Example: A clear symptom is the character's feet. Normally, adjusting these sliders would affect how the feet align with the ground indicator. However, with outfits above slot #7, the feet sink below the indicator and cannot be adjusted back up.
Consistency Across Versions: This issue is not new to version 5.4. I also observed the same behavior in version 4.4.6.3. The leg bones for these high-slot outfits behave strangely in both the editor and in-game in all versions I've tested.
Workaround in 4.4.6.3: In the older version (4.4.6.3), there is a partial workaround: if I switch to a standard clothing slot and then back to the high-numbered slot, the editor briefly displays the correct leg proportions. However, this is temporary and does not fix the in-game appearance.
Additional Context:
I suspect that the numerical values for these sliders are not being applied to the model's bones for these specific outfit slots.
The issue might be related to how the bone bindings are set up for this particular character's high-slot outfits.
I am not using the HF patch; instead, I am using a community-made patch from my country.
Most other characters are normal, which suggests the problem could be specific to this character's asset configuration.
And here is the card:
