Adding intervals to fold change

Feature request:

I like the fold change calculator to get more interpretable results from the model predictions. However, it would be great if you could provide some probable interval (like 95% CLR) for the fold change estimates.

Hello @marrbr , these intervals are in the output table. You can use sccomp-test to test crl differences. as well as can be visualised with the 1D plot.

I was referring to the sccomp_proportional_fold_change() function. It would be great if we could get 95% interval within the proportional fold change scale if possible.
