Study short/long lived plasma cell markers #5

We need to understand if the proportional changes of plasma cells with age at the level of

  • body
  • bone marrow
  • small intestine
  • large intestine
  • respiratory system

affects the ratio of short/long-lived plasma cells.

We want to read the estimates for these genes

long-lived gene signature: c("CD28", "CXCR4", "MCL1", "ZEB2", "SLC1A5", "BCL2", "TGFBR1")
short-lived gene signature: c("CD19", "MKI67", "STAT3", "SOCS3", "IGHM", "TNF", "PCNA")

We can read their estimates, gather their adjusted counts and use Singscore (code available in Dharmesh's report for pregnancy analysis) to calculate gene signatures that we can visualise for each sample against time.
