[Feature] How to set up new Projects is unclear #80

Description

@oenometer

First of all, your tool is amazing.

As a new user, I stumbled upon the "New Project" button. I assumed that clicking it would initialize a fresh start, but I'm not really sure what it actually does. At first sight, nothing seems to happen when I click the button. After taking a closer look, I noticed that all the settings in the right panel are reset. However, everything on the left stays the same.

What I would find useful:

  1. Name the project when creating it.
    Clicking "New Project" could open a Modal where I can enter a project name in a text field and then click "Create."

  2. Use the current project name as the default output filename.
    It would be convenient if the current project name were automatically suggested as the default value for the Output Filename field.

  3. Display the current project name somewhere in the interface.

  4. Enable a true fresh start (empty image folder).
    This could be added to the "Advanced Mode" settings or included as an additional option in the modal mentioned in (1)

    a) Use default image folder (default behavior, as it currently works)

    b) Start with a new image folder. If this option is enabled, a new project-specific image directory (perhaps as a subdirectory of the main image folder) would be created along with the project.

  5. I accidentally discovered that the base settings (card size, page size, etc.) can be saved as defaults by right-clicking them, allowing those settings to persist after creating a new project. It would be amazing if this were also possible for the bleed and spacing options, as they are part of a proxy printer's preferred default setup, just like the card and page dimensions.
