UCS7604 Support

I just wanted to put in a request for UCS7604 support to be officially added. This is the type of LED used by Minleon lights, which have a really high build quality and are used in professional installations.

Some work has already been done, which can be seen in this discussion: #841

FastLED has also recently added support for UCS7604 in beta.

I'm not sure if what I did there is ok or if other changes are needed to be compatible with different ESP boards.
I did test this on minleon lights and it works with a regular ESP32.

I also swapped the NeoPixelBus library in WLED to add support for UCS7604 there and can control minleon lights with WLED. Here is my fork https://github.com/solomondg1/WLED

I as well have been waiting for for this as I'm using 5 LED per metre 48v Gouly UCS7604 with 3 5050SMD Chips onboard these are Christmas lights. I have just tried them out with your fork and they worked right away which is awsome. Thank you!

It shows this working on wled 16 alpha and it seems the pixelforge option is not present or working on your fork that I compiled. Is there somthing i'm doing wrong as i didn't change any of the base settings for your fork and i don't see any thing showing it disabled in the .ini.

Would you be able to add this into your fork or update your fork to either wled 16 or 16.0.1.
