Bulk endpoint

The /items endpoint let me think that one could download every items from the underlying data from one request, is that something we really want?

Two different things under /items:

• GET /items: an ItemCatalog: one object with several collections (variables[], concepts[], …), not a flat list, and not paginated. Fine for a dump or exploring the mock, bad as the default app fetch on a big registry.
• GET /items/{id}: one item, when you don't know the type.

For normal use, stick to /variables, /concepts, etc.

You also have pagination to reduce response content size.

We should decide: keep it with better docs, rename it, or drop it?
