Update Photivo to Gimp Plugin

It is really nice to be able to send images from Photivo directly to The Gimp 
with the plugin, however it would be nice to have an updated plugin so we can 
send the images directly with 16 bits depth to the next coming version of The 
Gimp which supports, at last, working with 16 bits images (support is already 
inplemented in the development version of Gimp, 2.9).

I juste tried the plugin with a Gimp 2.9 (development version). The Gimp is 
succesfully started, but the image is not successfully transfered to The Gimp, 
I get an error message from Gimp saying something like : "Opening 
« C:\Users\guyader\AppData\Local\Temp\pk7468.ptgcN6228.ptg » failed : 
unknown file type"
