Discussions on GUI representation of Diverge

Discussions on how we might better illustrate Diverge to the user because of the following issues:

• Users might mistake Diverge for Distance in our plugins
• Depending on the Panner's Output mode the Diverge knob has value ranges that are not displayed on the Panner grid, for example with azimuth and elevation at 0, a user can push Diverge to the boundary of the Grid view at 70.7, however there is additional signal altering values from 70.0->100 Diverge that are not represented in the GUI
• The vector panning space does not change between output modes

One brainstormed idea was to show a curved line around the reticle that sharpens or bends similar to how we illustrate Q in a typical EQ might and that our Diverge knob draws a similar UI element on the Panner Grid
