Add progress tracking for chapters/subjects

Implement progress tracking across curriculum:

Features:

• Track quiz attempts per chapter
• Calculate accuracy per subject
• Show completion percentage
• Visualize progress with progress bars
• Track topics covered

Components:

• Progress widget for each chapter
• Subject progress dashboard
• Class-level overview
• Progress export/sharing

Database:

• Store chapter/subject progress metrics
• Cache calculations for performance

Expected outcome: Students can see their learning progress.
