I just wanted to let you know, as a developer of ImageJ/Fiji agentic tools, that the Fiji-llm project is growing with the aim to provide standardized utilities to make community LLM implementations easy and impactful. Tool definition is built into the SciJava plugin framework so that the community can add LLM-facing API without reinventing the underlying utilities, and to define core useful functionality (e.g. querying application context). There is also a similarly extensible framework for model providers and a built-in MCP server.
Everything is still in active development and I'd love feedback and requests for what would be useful to the developer community members.
