As a member of the BMGF project team, I would like to analyse how effective our delivery is so that we can set a benchmark for the TD Delivery Framework metrics.

Customer acceptance criteria

• We can track Lead time for changes in minutes
• We have agreed the logic for tracking lead time for changes
• We can track frequency of deployments
• We can track MTTR
• We can track Change Fail % rate
• The data is captured in a shareable and visible way
