Visualizable Collections

Description

It looks like some of the logic behind the STAC Discovery widget is grabbing collections that aren't visualizable.

• nisar-sim are dozens of assets per item but no TIFs

What I Did

• Click on "STAC Data" tab
• Under "Catalog" tab, click "Only Show Displayable Items"
• View dropdown of available collections for visualizing
