Describe the Bug
I was setting up an infinite lava source for the overworld pumping lava from the nether into a fluid tank minecart contraption to transport it I already had one placed and went to place another one fairly larger than the one placed next to it after I placed the contraption it had broken pipes that where in its way and then crashed now I am unable to break CERTAIN block is survival unable to pick up any blocks and unable to travel back to the overworld.
Reproduction Steps
1.2x2 fluid tank minecart contraption then place a larger fluid tank contraption with fluid pipes in the way
