My friend is unable to join shared world

This issue is the exact same issue as this issue.

I've tried to restart, stop, and still nothing. Sometimes they are able to join and sometimes not.

Reproduction Steps

1. Create shared world.
2. Friend uses link.
3. Console outputs 'An error occurred in Luna'
   ...
