No way to make a pumpjack due to a Mechanical Press recipe conflict with Ad Astra

Describe the Bug

The Ad Astra "Steel Block" takes priority over the Create: Factory Must Grow "Block of Steel" which is the only variation of steel block usable for making a pumpjack head - The variant of steel ingot used makes no difference as Ad Astra block can be made with all 3 steel ingot variants where as the C:FMG steel block can only be made with C:FMG steel ingots
