[Suggestion] Add hotkeys for quick place of tap notes

Suggest to add Alt + 1 -> Alt + 8 for placing the note onto the ring
Behavior: Add a note on the sensor based on the shortcut, then move the map by the current beat divisor
(Say currently the beat divisor is 1/4, Alt + 1 will place a note at sensor 1 and then move the song by 1/4 forward)

Ctrl 1 -> Ctrl 9 used to change the beat divisor, and more Alt shortcut to go inline with the current scheme of shortcut

Mania already sort of had, I don't remember it's on lazer but definitely on stable
