Tracks the remaining publication work from RELEASE.md. The implementation and automated release gate are complete. Keep this issue open until the tagged release and post-release checks are finished.

• Enable private vulnerability reporting and conservative immutable main/tag history rules.
• Add issue/PR templates, ADRs, compatibility policy, guarded release automation, and dependency updates.
• Add an accurate real-workspace recording and video showcase to the README.
• Complete the keyboard-only compact, medium, and wide terminal matrix.
• Test Unicode and ASCII, light/dark/transparent colorschemes, vanilla vim.ui, and an enhanced provider.
• Smoke clean installs through native or vim.pack, lazy.nvim, Nix or nvf, and rocks-git.nvim.
• Run checkhealth with no plan, standalone JSON, and Norg, and review warnings.
• Move Unreleased into a dated 0.1.0 changelog section and verify release-note extraction.
• Create and push a signed or annotated v0.1.0 tag.
• Wait for every required tag CI job to pass.
• Dispatch the guarded Release workflow for v0.1.0.
• Verify the release page and clean default-branch and pinned-tag installs.

Do not move or reuse a pushed release tag.
