3.35 not displaying correct fuel amount using the correct talent settings

the fuel measurement calculations in the script for telling someone how much fuel is in the tank is off with version 3.35, I had an old version 3.16 in one of my other ships that is displaying the correct amount in the tanks with the same Lua settings. also 3.31 is working fine so look at that code.
Please fix this issue.

Rewrite of the script is on the way (not exactly sure when as it needs converted to LUA so will be a bit) so will be fixed when released. Is odd though has no code for the fuel have been touched in a long time. No real reason 3.31 would work and 3.35 wouldn't. But has deff been showing wrong on last few versions.

Currently no ETA on new version just when i get time.
