Inductor EU is not correct anymore #194

Description

@ubruhin

It seems that the IEC 60617 symbol for inductor has changed some day from the filled rectangle to the same symbol as IEEE. It's difficult to find exact information about it, but see below for some links.

Therefore I think we should update the library accordingly. However, I wouldn't just replace the symbol but still keep the current variant under some different norm (to be defined, maybe something like "IEC 60617 (old)" or "IEC 60617-3" if that is actually correct). And the US symbol should used for both norms "IEEE 315" and "IEC 60617". However, this is currently not possible without adding a new component variant. Maybe we should support adding multiple norms to a single component variant in upcoming LibrePCB versions, and then make use of that feature.
