Hi,
I have two questions with regards to the functionalities of the sp.pl.show_ccc_netplot command to generate network diagrams based on ligand-receptor interactions. My questions are as follows:
-
May you please clarify the colors in the network diagram generated by the use of the sp.pl.netplot command? More specifically a) what do the different colors of the arrows between the nodes of the network diagram represent and b) I just wanted to clarify that each of the colors of the nodes represents each of the different cell types being analyzed?
-
Is it possible with the current functionalities of the package to run to contact and secretory ligand-receptor interaction analysis accounting for all cell type frequencies at one 10X Visium Spatial Transcriptomics spot, or is only one cell type label (e.g., highest frequency cell type) permitted per spot?
Thank you!
